Luxwigstudio is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Luxwigstudio specialises in wigs, hair extensions, bundles and related hair products.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, colours, lengths and specifications displayed on our website are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of human hair.
Where a product is made from human hair, slight variations between individual units may occur.
2. ORDERS
When you place an order with Luxwigstudio, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where there has been a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or a product is unavailable.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer UK and international delivery where available.
Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on our website and/or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, severe weather or circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally occur.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery information.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of hair products and for hygiene reasons, eligibility for returns or exchanges may depend on the condition of the product.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. Nothing in our policy is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
6. PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following appropriate care instructions for their hair products.
Damage caused after delivery through improper installation, bleaching, colouring, excessive heat, cutting, chemical processing, incorrect maintenance or other alterations may affect eligibility for a return or remedy, except where the product was faulty or your statutory rights otherwise apply.
7. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Whether an order can be cancelled will depend on its status and the type of product ordered. Any statutory cancellation rights that apply to your purchase remain unaffected.

Unless otherwise stated, the Luxwigstudio name, branding, logo, website content, original photographs, videos, graphics and other original materials belonging to Luxwigstudio may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our permission.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to an order that has already been completed.
