Please allow approximately 2–3 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch. During busy periods, sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK DELIVERY
UK shipping costs £5–£10, depending on the delivery option and order. Estimated delivery is approximately 4–7 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout where tracking is available.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We offer worldwide shipping. International shipping starts from £15, with the final shipping cost displayed at checkout where applicable.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by their destination country.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

Please check your address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

DELAYS
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Luxwigstudio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier.

Please retain your packaging and provide photographs where an item has arrived damaged.
