At Luxwigstudio, we take pride in providing high-quality human hair products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations & Returns

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, customers may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Hair Product Return Conditions

For hygiene reasons, returned wigs, bundles, closures and frontals must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Hair that has been worn, installed, cut, coloured, bleached, washed, chemically treated, altered or otherwise used may not be eligible for return unless the item is faulty.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Products made or customised specifically to a customer's requirements may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return. This may include customised wigs or hair that has been altered specifically at the customer's request.

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs/videos so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will handle return costs as required by applicable consumer law.
